For the convenience of travellers, the Visitor Centre in Marcinkonys features the exhibition Surrounded by Forests / Nature and People of the Dainava Forest. Here, visitors can find information on hiking trails, cycling routes, sightseeing spots, accommodations and dining, including tastings of traditional Dzūkija cuisine. You will also learn about guided tours, trekking excursions, and cultural-educational activities, such as nature lessons, hikes, camps, straw or wicker weaving, and candle making. In the Centre, you can purchase souvenirs and publications about the National Park.
