Nestled among ethnographic villages in a historically formed landscape, the Dieveniškės Visitor Centre was established in the restored building of old Poškonys school on the existing foundation while preserving its authentic structure and facade. The Visitor Centre and its indoor Ethnocultural Heritage exhibition are designed to work with visitors – to communicate, educate, attractively, visually and professionally present information about the goals of establishing the Historical Regional Park. Here, visitors can learn about the uniqueness of the region, the most important protected natural and cultural heritage, landscape and biological diversity, and traditions.
OPENING HOURS:
- Sunday and Monday: Closed
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The Visitor Centre is closed on public holidays. On the day before a public holiday, the Centre closes one hour earlier.
