One of the two buildings houses the permanent exhibition, the other temporary exhibitions and museum lectures. The permanent exhibition consists primarily of ethnographic, historical, geological, and military exhibits.
Various cultural events are also held there: concerts, theater performances, meetings with interesting people, and a recurring event – the Easter fair called "Jajeczko z rzeżuszki" (Egg with Cress).
