OBSERVATION TOWER IN STAŃCZYKI

Active leisure

The Stańczyki Observation Tower is a unique tourist attraction in northeastern Poland. Located in the picturesque Gołdap County (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship), right on the border of the Romincka Forest Landscape Park , it attracts nature lovers, photographers, and active recreation enthusiasts year-round.
This wood and steel structure, commissioned in March 2020, stands approximately 20 meters high. Convenient stairs lead to the viewing platform, located 15 meters above the ground. The tower offers spectacular views of the famous historic railway bridges in Stańczyki, the picturesque glacial Błędzianka River valley, and the nearby meltwater lakes – Dobellus Duży and Dobellus Mały.
The tower is located just off the asphalt road connecting the villages of Błędzianka and Maciejowięta. The Green Velo Eastern Cycling Trail and the red hiking trail run through this area, making it an ideal stop for cyclists and hikers. Free parking for cars and coaches is available on-site.
