The main theme of the exposition Lakes That Shaped Unique Cultural Traditions offers insights into both past and present fishing traditions, and unique local practices of timber rafting and cow transportation on water. The exposition at the Visitor Centre of Aukštaitija National Park is designed for visitors of all ages. A visit here will make it easier to choose a route for further exploration of the National Park. While parents plan their trip, their children can practice “catching fish” or “lighting” a signal fire.
